Jaguar Media Solutions Updates and Response to COVID-19

It’s no secret that COVID-19 has completely changed our world. In addition to the stress and pressure we endure to establish new routines for both our personal and professional lives, we are also dealing with fear, anxiety, and uncertainty.

In an effort to adapt to this new dynamic and to better serve our clients, we have made some changes to our processes and workflows. In this short article, we will share some updates on what our company has been up to and our response to COVID-19, how we are handling it internally and also how we continue to help clients.

1. Our Response to COVID-19

In February 2019, we opened up official headquarters in Marlborough, Massachusetts. In the last 14 months, we have expanded our team with both local and remote team members.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and for the safety of our team members and our clients, we have closed our office until further notice. We are working remotely and continue to operate at full capacity and according to our standard hours of operation: 7am EST – 7pm EST, Monday – Friday.

2. Supporting Clients Needs

In the last two weeks alone, we have candidly responded to an influx of content and project requests from clients—new and existing—all related to COVID-19.

We have written:

– 30+ emails

– 20 blog articles (written and copy edited)

– 15 website updates and alerts

– 15 social posts

… and counting

This is approximately a 50% increase in our normal workload.

We understand that many of our clients are dealing with various challenges. Many were forced to close and are adjusting to a 100% virtual atmosphere; many key client accounts were put on hold; and many are trying to juggle shifting project priorities, business needs, and budget cuts. We are doing our part as a team to help and serve our clients with their ever-evolving and changing needs as well as our communities.

We have expanded our team, invested in additional resources, and developed new internal processes that will allow us to continue to provide personalized service, deliver high-quality work, and keep up with new demands for each and every client.

3. New Content and Project Request Form

As our business continues to grow, and as we are all forced to work in such different capacities, we have identified the need to update our existing content request form in order to accurately gather project requirements at scale, manage expectations, and increase the accuracy and quality of our work. Therefore, we have designed and built a new content and project request form that is faster for clients to complete, more interactive, and more reliable.
